Dear Erin & Sanderson, I want to tell you that my partner and I find your food to be quite fabulous each and every time we dine at The Bobcat in Bristol. The food is fresh, real, sumptuous & surprising in many delightful ways! We commend your style, textures and flavors. I also very much appreciate your GLUTEN FREE menu as I am a GF diner. I am hopeful that you will add to your GF choices to include GF beer and desserts. I must tell you how sad it is for me to sit and watch all the happy diners with their beautiful brown tall glasses of artistic beer while I have none. :( I believe you brew all of your own tantalizing beers and since it seems that GF beer has not made it to your recipe list yet my request is that you give this some thought. If you don't want to brew GF beer it would be swell if you would continue to make a gesture to us GF folk by offering some GF bottled beers of which there are a couple I find rather nice. The one I find the tastiest is Estrella Damm DAURA Premium Lager brewed and bottled in Spain by S.A. Damm Rossello Barcelona www.estralladamm.com/daura, the other is BARD's The Original Sorghum Malt Beer, brewed and bottled by Bard's Tale Beer Co., Utica, NY. Thank you for reading and keep on brewing and cooking, you guys are one of the best in the area in my opinion, and I'd love to have a beer with my great food!
